Notes: I meditated twice today and I am shocked! I haven't done this in a while. I had extra time this morning and chose to start my day with a 25 minute meditation. The second meditation was done in the afternoon. I'm so thankful that the day supported these moments of stillness. I exercised my mindfulness muscle in the morning meditation. There was a lot of back and forth between getting lost in thought or story and coming back to the present moment. The afternoon meditation was focused on connecting to the Divine Mind that lives in the heart - not in the head. I chose this guided meditation because I have two creative projects that I am contemplating. I want to make a decision on which to pursue so that I can take action. I will be meditating on this for the rest of the week. I believe that by sitting in stillness, I will be able to make a conscious decision that is supported by my intuition and guided by the divine mind and opinion.
