Get a work out in on Monday. Yes. Monday.
I realize this is the day that many dread. It's one of the toughest days for folks to get going and motivated; especially after a busy weekend. There's that feeling of wanting just one more day off.
I will tell you, EVERY time I exercise on Monday, I wrap up the week working out an extra day. I typically shoot for 4 days a week. Lately I've been averaging 3 days. I went back to working out on Monday's and without fail - I get my 4 days in.
I worked out Monday (which feels so long ago), Tuesday, and Friday. Today is Sunday and I will be going for a jog. And just like that - I reached my goal of 4 days.
