A (free) Mindful Training Program

Leo Babauta is offering a free training program as a way of giving back in honor of his 44th birthday with no up-selling at the end.  I just signed up for it yesterday.  I'm not sure how long it will be offered but it's still up today.

The practices will revolve around the following:

  1. Not taking for granted this precious life we've been given
  2. The shortness of our lives
  3. Preparing for:  Suffering.  Difficulties in our lives.  Frustrations, stress, procrastination, etc.
  4. Power in our actions.  Taking our daily actions seriously.  Influence throughout the day.

I think this will be a great way to gain new insights. The huge upside is the time commitment is not much; just 5-10 minutes a day.  Perhaps you'll give it a try too!
